Admissions and Course Entry 

University of Birmingham 

The university offers 14 postgraduate degree courses and 2 foundation courses for January 2021 entry.  

Deadline for PG course applications: 31 October 2020 

Deadline for foundation course application: 1 November 2020 

PGT Courses for September 2021 entry start accepting applications on 1 October. All the courses in the School of Business require a £50 application fee. All PGT courses require a deposit of £2,000.  

Please note the School of Business has updated some of the postgraduate courses.  

University of Leeds 

The following courses were added for the September 2021 entry:

The School of Business have amended the language proficiency requirement for the following courses:  

MSc International Business: IELTS 7.0 (6.5 in each element) 

MSc Accounting and Finance: Applicants must come from Accounting, Economics, or Finance background and perform well in the quantitative subjects.  

The deadline for postgraduate course deferral application has been extended to 1 April 2021. The university started processing the applications in October; given the volume of requests, students may receive the results in early 2021.  

The university will aim to complete processing the applications for undergraduate courses submitted before 15 January 2021 by the end of March 2021.  

The following deadlines for postgraduate course applications differ by school. The School of Business reviews applications by stage.  

Some courses for January 2021 entry are still accepting applications. Courses for September 2021 entry have started accepting applications from 29 September. All applications for undergraduate courses may be submitted via UCAS as usual.
