Course Start Update
The University of Bristol
The Autumn term will start on 5 October 2020 for most of the courses. On the rise of the pandemic, the university has implemented online registration and other requirements for the new term. All students must follow the instructions accordingly. Details can be found on the university website.
Those who couldn’t arrive on campus before the term starts must fill out the ‘Locations of Studies Form’ (excluding Foundation programme students) and attend their courses remotely.
Admissions and Course Entry
University of Southampton
Postgraduate Taught Courses (PGT) for 2021/22 will start receiving applications on 5 October 2020.
The university requires an application fee of £50 for all applications except for the following:
If the applicant is a current student at the university
If the application is for a Master or PG Research course
To be eligible for a refund, the application must have not been considered within 14 days of the submission of application, or the applicant must have received a rejection letter within 14 days.
The university still accepts Duolingo English Test results for course applications for the 2020/21 academic year.
University of Birmingham
The following PG courses for January 2021 entry are still accepting applications, with the deadline on 31 October 2020:

Note: The Admissions Office at the university currently has a turnaround time of 15 business days. Offer holders are asked to pay a £2,000 deposit to secure their place.
University of Exeter
All PG courses for January 2021 entry are accepting applications, with the deadline on 11 December 2020.
Regarding CAS process -
For UG and PGR students starting in Autumn: Offer holders should receive CAS Data Check within two days of receiving their unconditional offer. CAS will be sent out 2 business days after the data check.
PGT students: The university is in the process of issuing CAS Data Check to all unconditional offer holders, who will receive their CAS within 2-5 business days after they’ve received the offer and submitted the CAS Data Check.
PSE students: Expect to receive CAS Data Check within 5 business days; CAS will follow in 2 business days after receiving the CAS Data Check.

PG courses starting in Autumn 2021 will open for applications on 28 September 2020.
The University of Leeds
All PG courses for September 2021 intake will open for applications on 1 October 2020.
The deadline for PG course applications for January 2021 entry has been extended to 31 October 2020, although some courses may close the application early.
